You claimed that all I post in negative. I just showed you the error in your lie. Stop insulting my opinions and stop lying about me to other posters.

Well it's not like you haven't done the same to me. I should have put you on ignore a few weeks ago when you started in on me for no reason.

Taco can still become a productive player on down the road. So far his impact has been minimal given his draft status. I would expect to see glimpses that he will become the player we want him to be.

The OL he was facing last night was bad. He wasn't much of an impact last night that I personally saw. That doesn't mean he can't or won't be an impact player, but he isn't an impact player right NOW.

He was drafted too high to be this much of a project. They appear to be forcing him on the field to justify the pick. I would prefer they play the best players now and continue to develop him in the weight room and practices. That is how players get better anyway.

Tapper should be playing over him. The only reason he isn't is draft position and that's a poor reason to have him playing over anyone.

He is still young and has time, and I hope he can show something. I never liked the pick and as soon as we drafted him, I thought to myself this is another Claiborne selection disaster.

I can take the heat no problem. I argue with people civilly all day on here. Its the guys that cant take criticism of the team that lash out with the insults.

Why shouldnt we expect a high draft pick to show is skills? Anything would be nice. And why is it that guys like Joudan Lewis and Woods are showing us things yet we cant expect a guy draft in the first round to show us? Sounds like just an excuse to me.

Let's also remember that DLaw, like Irving before him, is doing this against RT's, while Mayowa and Taco are going against the LT.

That's not to diminish what DLaw is doing or his effort, but a player whipping up on Doug Free isn't the same thing as what Jones did to T.Smith on that one play last night.

I don't know about Taco, but Tapper being inactive is a little concerning--unless he is hurt or something.

You are the one that started the insults. If you cant handle praise and criticism then maybe it is you that should go away. Lighten up Francis. There ARE players that stink for the Cowboys. Every team has them.

Who would you have preferred. I really wanted Buddha Baker in a trade back

Should be a "redshirt" season for him. He will be a backup anyway but right now, I would go with Tapper over him on the depth chart.

Cut him, he's had 3 games to become an all pro, if it hasn't happened by now it never will. :)
lets cut someone for real, cb Carroll. Lewis is already playing better, and I think awuzie is better. We can sign back McFadden to take his place and maybe some team will pick him up and save us a couple million

People don't get this.

This position takes seasoning unless you're a super rare player.

Look at our own Demarcus Lawrence.

Year 4 and he looks like a young JPP.

Uh...someone tell him NOT to play with fireworks this offseason!

Just Wrong. Taco had at least 3 pressures where he beat the OT last night. Maybe he didn't bring down the QB, but he definitely wasn't horrible. He looks like he belongs to me as far as strength and athleticism. He'll only get better with technique

lol, I haven't gotten a chance to re-watch the game, but when I do, I actually wanted to focus on him. 97 definitely got near the QB a few times. Now maybe it was because the LT sucked, but if you didn't see anything positive from him, it's because you didn't want to

For some perspective, people keep mentioning DLaw but look at the difference in Maliek Collins from last year to this year. Collins was good as a rookie, he looks dominant this year.

the taco meat is not done cooking yet, and haven't switched from flour tortilla to crunchy shell

Guys wanted Demarcus Lawrence cut 2 months ago. Let that sink in.

I wouldn't say cut, but I was definitely fine with him leaving after this season. Now...

Some of us really need to get off of Taco's case over his lack of sacks. He's a rookie like many others at DE who don't get 'em in year 1. It's as rare as hen's teeth for them to hit the ground running in that part of their job. If he fails to do any better next year, there might be more reason to fuss. Let's be fair, here. Why not deal with it and simply hope for the best?
