Using Mickeroo's arguments (his words) ...

If I'm so bad, who are you going to replace me with? Who out there is better? Give the Cowboys a better option and I may agree with you. This ain't fantasy media. :D

Rowan would be my pick. I think with some more experience he will be the voice making sense.

then everyone is pretty stupid as they don't seem to understand the timeline. the timeout occurred prior to the penalty. at the time he took the timeout, the defense was in a state of chaos.

Mickey is that you?

There is nothing more polarizing in all of sports than losing.

The situation with the fans and media can be cured by having more success on the field.

This next year is critical in the Garrett saga. There is a tremendous amount work to be done this offseason and this year Garrett has to make it pay off.

The Garrett saga is just a chapter in the Jerry saga and I've seen enough chapters to guess how the saga ends for the Cowboys.

Once you hear Mickey criticizing JG you will know Jerry is about to make a move. Mickey is just a mouth piece for Jerry and is why he has lasted so many years. I remember when he defended Bledsoe tooth and nail but when Romo came on to the scene it was like Drew who? I hate that kind of reprting and that type of person...but I guess everyone needs stability and employment and Mickey sure has both.

Garrett being fired was a 50/50 deal.
He has a substantially better record than the coaches fired already.

Argument about stagnating is easy to make against him all the same.

I am fine with Garrett returning but I'd like 2 new coordinators. Younger guys running modern schemes.

I order for that to work Garrett has to be the one choosing the new coordinators.

Do you think he'll get the final say?

Coz I don't.

You have to give Mickey credit. To be a company shill for a perpetually 8-8 team this long takes quite the balancing act.

It's easy to tote the company line when you're the Patriots or on the other end of the spectrum the Browns. Just pick a direction and go

But not our Mickey that guy has flip, flopped, dodged, tackled and bobbed and weaved his way out of so much crap it's second nature to him.
