So the argument here is because the middle safety is inside the hash meaning they rolled cover 2 to their left in disguise, Cee-Dee should play it like a single high and cross his face?

Watching to yesterdays Talking Cowboys Show, Isaiah Stanback broke down Daks interception to CeeDee. He says the Cowboy offense has become predictable and teams know which routes CeeDee is running which has resulted in two interception two weeks in a row on the same play. This is causing team to show one look pre-snap but jumping into another look once the ball is snapped. This is confusing Dak and causing him to throw the ball right into the defense the last two weeks. He clear states Dak is at fault. Just watched it again on the NFL NETWORK replay....that pass was so badly thrown....no clue who he was throwing that too.

We've actually seen it three games in a row because CD did the same thing against Detroit only the DB dropped it. I do think they figured it out on Sunday because they ran that route 4-5 more times and completed it. The picture there shows the ball as it about to arrive. Go back 3-4 frames and you can see the safety is well upfield of Lamb and all Lamb has to do is cut across his face to make the play work. I can post that frame if you like but the bottom line is the DB was over the top of Lamb when the ball was thrown so the correct throw was to throw it in front between the LBs and the safety which Dak did.

I believe you. It is just shocking that at this level, that mistake isn't made once and fixed immediately.
