Watch the tape at 16:37-17:33 and LISTEN! At 16:37 the safety has his hips turned out toward Noah brown in bracket coverage. He comes off him, turn his hips to the inside and moves inside the numbers 3-4 yards.
At 17:31 on the tape Dak has not delivered the ball yet, safety over Brown is turned in (warner is breaking down the tape). Based on that and the depth of the middle safety the pass should go to the outside per HOF QB Kurt Warner.

Dak missed the play two ways. Based on high 2 coverage, CD is turning up field not crossing the safety's face like its single high and based on the depth of the middle safety, hip position of left safety, the pass should go to the outside or check down.

It's the QB's responsibility to read coverages and have WR's on the same page..Dak has struggled reading disguised zone coverages since mid last season, this is not new.

the safety was playing the middle of the field. go listen to what Irvin describe after he watched the play. Irvin ran this play and says Ceedee confused and had to cross the face of the safety. you're telling Irvin he doesnt know what he's talking about .

So the argument here is because the middle safety is inside the hash meaning they rolled cover 2 to their left in disguise, Cee-Dee should play it like a single high and cross his face?
