TE Mayer & Washington

I personally have Kincaid as my top TE, but Mayer is a terrific prospect too. He is just more well rounded and not as dangerous as a receiver
We will probably get into it more next week but I see at least see 4 land mines that will pick tight end ahead of us at. Green Bay, Washington, Chargers, and Jacksonville. We all know there is going to be few wild cards as well. Kincaid injury is going to bother some teams that is why Mayer is the betting favorite to go first.

Definitely both can be long gone. Still have McDonald and Forbes ahead of both

Per Broaddus, Meyer would be the pick and he is what they want
Mayer might be the pick, but it will be interesting because they could take Bijan Robinson, Nolan Smith, Joey Porter Jr., Jaxson Smith-Njigba, Jahmyr Gibbs, Zay Flowers, Drew Sanders, Emmanuel Forbes, Steve Avila, Will McDonald, Darnell Wright, or someone that I have overlooked.

Will be more than happy to come back at the end of the 2023 and 2024 seasons to compare what Washington, Mayer, and especially Kincaid have done for their respective teams.

Picking so late, anything can happen, even a player you would think suppose to go much higher

The insider who said keep in eye on Robinson Mayer, Wright and Saunders probably has knowledge of the Cowboys simulated mock. I think Saunders is the wipe out scenario. Kiper really loves both McDonald and Forbes. Those two are wild cards along with Hooker.

Vernon was a freak athlete but did he even do much in the NFL. Who was that Virginia TE last yr drafted by the Colts we also liked? He was another big guy who needed development as a receiver
Jelani Woods
Rookie Season
2 starts
25 catches for 312 yards and 3 TDs

Washington’s ceiling is light years above Mayer’s

3-year totals:

Mayer - 7.92 yards per target

Washington - 10.69 yards per target

Your threads posting stats with absolutely zero context are worthless.
Bwaaaaa!!! On 3 catches. No one thought he could catch. Lol

Heads up it's about 30 minutes but I thought it was interesting.

I think Washington is going to try their best for Kincaid considering he is a bigger faster stronger Kelce.

If we did that Tyler and Parsons would not have been drafted. Washington played with the best tight end in the country last season. Bowers is Mayer/Kincaid combined.
Parsons was an easy call. Washington is too big and slow footed. Injury waiting to happen. Mayer is the total package.
