You said Byron Jones is important as Sean Lee. I can't even look at you right now.
Buy me dinner and flowers and maybe I'll come around..
He is as important as Sean Lee. He saves our arse in the secondary so many times it's ridiculous.
We have jacksquat at SS. And the corners are too shaky at this point and were awful today.
Seriously, the big complaint against him today was a play where:
1. Heath was in coverage
2. Why is Heath covering Allen on 3rd and 6?
3. Heath, Scandrick and Woods all whiffed on tackles that they should have made.
He gave up 3 catches today. Gave up 1 against the Eagles.
Maybe we should criticize our coaching staff for getting out-coached and putting Heath in a bad situation...and blame Heath, Scandrick and Woods for their poor excuse for tackling before we go after Byron.
If Byron plays bad...I'm right there to point it out. But he's far from the problem.
