Teams we need to lose this week

Seahawks have 2 losses.

Eagles are no real threat.


Eagles are 5-4... I HOPE we get a first round bye and play them in the postseason. That would be nice.

I won't consider them to not be a threat until they are eliminated from contention. The East teams need to lose until we wrap up the division, then we can think about playoff seeding.

The big picture is actually making it to the playoffs, and going from there. If our division wasn't so close, I could see looking past that, but not this season.

Philly is losing more than 4 games and Dallas will most likely not lose 4 the entire year.

No we don't. They are 3 games back record wise and really 4 because of head to head. They are in last place and zero threat. I'll gladly take a Seattle loss to put us up 2 games for HFA.

Now the Giants are a different story.

Giants are our only long term threat in this division. Seattle seems to be the team that is consistently winning like we are.

Well I would say the Pats experiences the last several years has been a bit different than ours. lol

While I do want the Giants and Commanders to lose (I'm with Catch17 in wanting the Eagles to win because we can take care of them later), I still can't get too worked up on who wins and who loses because it's still too early. Besides, I can see us going 11-1 before our match up with the Giants. I don't really see a team a threat to the No. 1 seed outside of Seattle, which has a favorable schedule playing Green Bay, Arizona, Carolina and Philadelphia at home.
The Giants still must play Pittsburgh, Philly and Washington away, and we're two up on them. Detroit and Atlanta have no margin for error, but I think they'll lose a couple more games, taking them out of the top seed race.

But that's just too much for me to keep up with for now. Just win, Cowboys. Just win.

Eagles @ Seahawks - I'm cheering for the Eagles again this week.

Giants @ Bears - Go Bears... We probably got no chance here.

Green Bay @ Washington - We got a chance here. Go Packers.

Cardinals @ Atlanta - Go Cardinals... I really think we don't need to worry about Atlanta anymore for having a shot at a 1st round bye. They are 6-4 and I doubt we lose 4 games the whole year.

It's always weird to root for the Eagles. I hate them more than any other team, but we do need them to beat Sea for us.

from one point of view, yes but we are three games ahead of them with only seven to go, pretty good odds, although four ahead with six to go are better

However, a Seabag loss helps us for home field.

I think Green Bay is our best chance out of those games. I know they are on a downward slide but you know they're hungry for a win. .

The primary goal is to win the division. Don't root for an NFC East team unless they're mathematically out of contention.

Do you still cheer for us when we're mathematically eliminated from the playoffs? I don't.


I can't remember who the last 2 or 3 teams we played last year but i'll remember the impact Ezekiel Elliot is having.

I think the New England Patriots are worried about winning their next game. I think their fans know that Miami doesn't play Oakland or Kansas City (or Houston or Denver, for that matter), so they can comfortably root for all of them to lose without even considering this question.

Eagles/Seahawks game is a win/win for us. Whoever loses is a benefit to us.
