Teddy Bridgewater just went down - Torn ACL

Cowboys better make sure they get the qb they want.

It sucks for us too because now, the market for another QB has just gotten more expensive.
I suppose I see your point there...but that only sucks if A. Dak sucks or B Dak get's hurt. I suspect if either of those eventualities become a reality, the Cowboys season is over regardless.

Players these days drop like flies and make business decisions for a twitch.
Not the same as the Mike Ditka days where a little spit and dirt were rubbed on it.
If they were really hurting they just shot up and kept on trucking.
Just a sign of the times and the money involved.

Just sucks. Hate to see a young talent get hurt. Unless it's on the Eagles ...
No, I hear you. From a football fan perspective, you don't like to see injuries happen to anyone. Having said that, we at least don't have to weather another string of "Our season is over because (enter miscellaneous player here) is injured" threads.

Viking were a playoff team. Probably still will be because of the running game and defense. But if Bridgewater made the next step theud be dangerous. They are starting to get some talent at wr also.

You gotta have a backup either way though. I mean, there is also the possibility that the game can get too big for Dak, once he gets to the regular season. I don't expect that but it could happen and if it does, you gotta be able to pull him out and sit him, while still having a QB who can run the offense. I don't think that's Showers at this point in his development process. Heck, just to run practices, you gotta have at least three QBs.

Showers for a d-lineman and a pick, make it happen Jerry. Mcfadden assumes the backup qb, lol.
