I think this game summed up Williams overall impact in a nutshell. It's a struggle for him to get separation for much of the game. He dropped a pass. But he somehow makes a play when we need him too.

Did I say garbage time? Or garbage TD?

That touch down was trash. Had he played like that all game we wouldn't need a dramatic lay out.

Also, before spouting off out the mouth( I mean it's the internet, you all take this **** like real life hahaha, you can't see my mouth) learn to read what I said, and don't quote me like you understand what I'm saying like we are friends. Never will be.

T. Williams made a terrific play. They almost won the game because of that TD catch.

It was a nice play, I'll give him that. I just need to see that for all 4 quarters.

Not the catch, but that level of playing

He had separation a few times in that game. Weeden simply doesn't have touch on those fade throws.

The one claiming T-Will is a bum.

It's worse, because it's true.

Did he look like a bum last night? He's made some of the most clutch catches since Alvin Harper and Drew Pearson. His 42 yard TD vs Philly sealed that win. His great diving TD catch last night with less than 2 minutes to play tied the game. How does a "bum" make a catch like that with a game on the line? Weeden has 2 TD passes this season both to TWill. By the way Michaels and Collinsworth sound like a couple of midgets at least on my end. lol

Yup he also had guys beat bad but Weeden over threw him. Our problem isn't wr its qb.

I was wondering what people were talking about in the gameday threads yesterday saying Williams couldn't beat his guy. He clearly had the guy beat a few times but the ball was out of reach in the end zone.

Then there is no reason to say "garbage TD" - it makes no sense.

Catching a TD pass to tie it up and send us into OT is not a "garbage TD". Look, you're not smart or a troll. We've discussed this in the past.

Oh we did, did we??

You are a big fan of T-Will. This I know

There was time Beabux had him lock down but Williams had him burnt at times for potential huge gaines but Weeden over threw him. If it was Romo playing and he was able to put it where it needed to be they would have said Williams was burning him.

Yes. He made a great play at the end of the game, but for the most part, Breaux covered him one on one, and was very physical, and kept him locked up. Even the last play, Williams was getting abused, but made a heck of a play. This is Delvin Breaux, not Revis.

What some of you don't seem to get is that TWill isn't a #1 receiver he's not going to replace Dez's production especially playing with a backup QB. He's being covered by every teams top corner and if some here are expecting him to put up 6-7 catches a game and 90+ yards it's not going to happen. He's a good #2 receiver when complimented by an elite receiver. Why he receives so much hate on this board is beyond me because he's been very clutch and has made some big plays for the Cowboys every season. Even though he out produced Dez in the playoffs last season threads were popping up with some wanting to dump him. He was a 3rd round pick who's exceeded expectations which is more than I can say for Escobar who was drafted ahead of him.

Kinda felt bad for him after the catch. You could see him crying because of all the negative things he's been reading and that has been said about him. The camera was on him on the sidelines. He's not a number one receiver and yeah he's not the best number 2 in the NFL, and yes he does drop some balls that he shouldn't. But seeing that the game meant so much for him, that it really affected him on a personal level and he wasn't there just collecting a check made me want to cheer fir him, the underdog receiver.

lol that was a perfect throw on the first drive. Williams was trying to arm fight with Browner and that's why he didn't catch the odd which was right where it needed to be.

3 catches, 49 yards and a garbage touch down.

Yeah should have put that cape on a little earlier

In what world is scoring with just under 2 to play to tie the game a garbage time TD?

KJJ my man.....

I know T-Will is not a number 1. But most number 2's when single covered, find ways to keep making plays throughout the game. Just saying.

Since when is Breaux a number one corner?

Most #2's don't have a Dez Bryant on the other side. Go back to the 90's Harper didn't make plays throughout games because he had an elite #1 receiver in Irvin who was getting most of the targets. TWill isn't going to catch a lot of balls especially with Brandon Weeden dinking and dunking but he makes big plays, is better after the catch than Dez and he shows up in big games. He's contributed to several wins and Sunday Night should have been another one. Even Dez wouldn't be producing much with Weeden at QB.
