Terry may have gone to the extreme (as he often does...) but he's not totally off point with his assessment. Dez is worth a lot less than they're paying him. I'd restructure him to an annual contract somewhere in the 7-8 mil range and load it up with escalating incentives for PERFORMANCE.... He can either take that or go whine elsewhere.
