I think he's a better option than Brad Johnson.

We also wouldn't have to draft a QB.

Or, we could still draft a QB and cut Johnson.

If we cut Johnson before the season starts do we take a hit ? Did he get a bonus ?

There are far worse starters than Carr for many teams. He'll find a starting job somewhere.

Carr is worse than Aaron Brooks. I don't think there is any qb with more than 2 years of starting experience as poor as Carr.

not saying bringing him in would be a bad idea, for the right price, just I wouldn't think we're set and then trade one of our top 2 backs away
