Understood.

But that is on the coaches to correct.

If he is making the correct improvisation decisions who cares?

We have seen him single handedly destroy a team with that style play.

Remember what he did to us?

It was mayhem.

I sign him but carefully pay him a base amount and add reachable incentives to even out his effort if he complies.

And how many years ago was that. Also if he is such a sure thing why did seattle let him go and why did the ravens cut him one year after signing a four year contract and most of all why is it that NOBODY is breaking the door down to sign him. Why - because no team wants what he brings to the locker room and his unwillingness to play the schemes he told to play or to show up for meetings or coming late and unprepared.

NO THANKS!!!!!

You have to be drunk to understand his humor
It's pure genius.

@Risen Star tells you up front he only wants likes, yet makes posts clearly designed to infuriate people, yet still somehow gets the likes....more than anyone in fact.

And better yet...gets regulars around here to take the bait quite often.

I picture him sitting there and giggling....and throwing knives.

Sitting out a year is not going to make teams forget his toxic behavior and even if he would come across has some humble player most if not all teams will believe that to be a front or act just to get a paycheck.

So, I was aware of the locker room issues in Baltimore but I gotta say, I wasn’t aware of any of this, at least to the magnitude it apparently is now, when he was with SEA and the LoB nor when he played in college at UT.

Has this been a known issue with him his whole career?

He will be glad they spoke up when he's packing his bag on his way out of Houston.

Apparently they felt strongly about him not being part of the locker room. Fully aware of his issues and baggage. Practices even became chippy and argumentative once players found out signing was imminent. Dudes done in the NFL and it’s all on him.
lol I think Earl would be way too hard on this soft *** defense. They would want to jump him after 1 game when he tells them the truth.

Bring in Earl..shake up the locker room. It needs it

They may need a shake up but not a toxic shake up. There's good shake ups and there are bad shake ups and Thomas is worse than a bad shake up.

I said this as soon as he was being carted off his home town field and flipped off the Seahawks, his own team. Last time he played there.

Guy is trash and hope he never plays in the NFL again. So glad my patriots, cowboys, and Bucs passed on him.
