Texas Longhorns

They'll lose at least 3 games in the REG season and that is with Bradford.

If they can't protect the QB or Run Block than they will be a mess.

They also play the same old defense that constantly gets them beat. Rush 4 and drop 7 and when you blitz go ahead and show where your blitz is coming from.

It is such a joke and im happy that they are so stuck in the system they run.

That would make me happy to see Sooners on a 3+ loss season. I hope Florida isn't unbeatable this season. How does Texas Tech look this year?

Haven't seen Tech.

I didn't get to watch LSU with a close eye but their skill players stood out.

Now Alabama on the other hand. That team looks like a NFL team physically.

That could be the team that is playing for the title at the end of the season.

IMO they should be ranked ahead of USC for now.

Haven't seen tech play either. I want a stomping this year after the fans rushed the field last year. I don't even want it to be a competitive game.

great game on saturday. it was pretty amusing when OU missed that late field goal and the stadium went berserk.

Gilbert is going to be a beast.

Especially after he hits the weights for about a year.

I hope Texas shows him off in blowouts so the 2010 recruits can see the type of player they will get to play with if they came to Texas.

not a bad tought!

Look MUCH better this week.. need to play all four quarters like that against a good team now. Outside of McCoy's little league INT he had a great game

I hope UT and Bama can go undefeated so I can get to see the matchup I wanted last season for the NC........

i think if tebow is not all there they have a great chance of losing at LSU in two weeks, that still wouldnt take them out of it, but at least UT would get some weeks at #1. the #1 team is due a win in the national championship game, i think the #2 team has a 4 game winning streak dating back to 2005

I saw the replay of Tebow last night. Didn't move at all after the hit. Don't see to many people get knocked out cold like that.

Once he started throwing up on the sideline they carted him off to the hospital. I have not heard how he is doing? I hope him a quick and speedy recovery.

I don't think UT is going to see #1 much this year unless both Bama and Florida fall. Of course, UT would have to continue to win. I think next week is the first release of the BCS. Once that poll is released, Florida will be #1, Bama will be #2 and Texas will be #3. Sucks but that's how it will probably be. It hurts Texas that the Big 12s high powered teams all lost, with the exception of Texas. Now, the SEC has a better power ranking and so, every team in the SEC will benefit from that.

Why did you want him to get red shirted? Like any QB he playing time and experience even if it is in mop up duty.

True but it can't remain that way. Bama and Florida will have to face off in the SEC Championship should both remain undefeated and then one will drop. If Texas takes care of their business they will be there for the national title

That's true but I was commenting on the fact that in a couple of weeks, Florida could lose to LSU and then Texas would be #1. That probably won't happen even if Texas wins and Florida loses. Unless Bama also loses, they will be ranked ahead of Texas by next week in the BCS.

Texas just needs to stay in that top 3 if they do that they will get their chance.

If LSU beats Florida they may leap frog Texas in the rankings.
