i dont wanna get flamed for this but people that go to the cowboys games in dallas generally are casual fans that don't have a clue how much crowd noise can change the pace of a game. Half the people there are there to be seen not heard. I am born and raised in dallas so don't jump me. The fact is dallas is a look at me town, just go to a mavs game, thats the best way to see what I am talking about.

I have been to two games at Tx Stadium, the first being the game vs Detroits on 10/31/04 and the other the MNF game the same season where TO and McNabb torched us.

The crowd for the Lions game was very very docile. The crowd for the MNF contest was very very loud... until things started going south. Then the many Eagles fans that had made the trip took over and it was an absolute nightmare in the cheap seats dealing with those jerks.

I will agree with a previous poster that Rich Stadium in the 90's was an absolute bombardment of noise on an opposing team. It was hair-raising, and intimidating. I went to 5 games in my college years there and all were thrillers and the crowd just gonzo. The crowd would stomp its feet when opposing teams were in the redzone and it sounded like an earthquake... and I'm not exaggerating.

It's too bad the Bills had to play us and a superior Commanders team and a BP coached team that found a way because I will say this... their fans certainly deserved much better.

I am speaking for many when I say I hope the Cowboys faithful lucky enough to be in attendance on Sunday really bring their lungs and just go off... it DOES make a difference.
