Thanksgiving actually helps us this year.

There are no GIMMES in the NFL. I think most people even thought GB was in the bag and look what happened?

Denver probably thought WASH was a GIMME too....left with a LOST.
I don't think so. The way Denver had been playing losing 2 in a row. They didn't think it was a gimme.

I'm more interested in getting to 7-3 first against a team that plays us tough regardless of how bad they are.

Santana Moss has done jack all year...can we keep it that way? because we usually don't against him. Ladell Betts is a bit gimpy with the foot issue but put up yardage on a Denver D that is hit or miss all of the sudden. Miles hopefully embarrasses Fred Smoot like Brandon did on that bomb last Sunday.

7 comes before 8, 9, 1st round byes and home field advantages in the playoffs.

More than likely, we win both of these games and should dominate both of them. But with this team and how inconsistent the offense can be at times and now injuries starting to hit, I definitely would not take the Commanders lightly. Their fans treat this as their Super Bowl and they want nothing more than to come and spoil us with another loss in our new stadium. They seem to beat us once every year and even at home. Moss and Campbell seem to have big days against us when we are at home. Can not sleep on this team.

Now with Oakland, we should have no problems at all. Jamarcus Russell is one of the worst starting QBs in history. They do not scare me at all. We WILL NOT lose to them at home on Thanksgiving Day.

Agreed. I won't be surprised at all if we lose to the Skins and I guarantee it will not be a blow out (by Dallas anyway)

I'll be very surprised if we lose either game. That's not to say I'd be shocked. Say we will not stoop so low as to be defeated.

I would feel a little better about it if the Giants were going to get the same break coming out of Thanksgiving as the Cowboys.

Of course, if the Cowboys take care of business, none of it will matter anyway.
