game starts tomorrow ....that missed FG on T-Giving is coming back to rip our throats out....we should have been 8-3 - instead we're 7-5, fighting for our lives against the hottest Offense in Football...

Make no mistake - we lose tomorrow and we're out - OUT! May as well play Romo the rest of the way. You can't lose 3 in a row in Nov&Dec and expect to make the post season...

8-3 to 7-5 - I'm sick to my stomach....thanx Bill - you choking stiff.

I feel your pain friend. BUT there is NO WAY BP pulls Bledsoe. Even if we lose ALL of the remaining games. He didnt pull Vinny last year and we were sunk. This is Drew's team. THIS YEAR and NEXT. Maybe even year after that.

You don't want to underestimate the importance of special teams, though. The Pats won 2 Superbowls because AV is clutch. The Chiefs lost a playoff game to the Colts after our kicker missed 3 FGs under 40 yards. Dante Hall has bailed us out multiple times over the years.
It's nice to be able to pound it into the endzone, but kicking can absolutely win or lose games.

A. No one underestimated special teams, which include much more than just the kicker.

B. AV aided in winning 2 Super Bowls(along with a bad instant reply circumstance) on a well rounded team.

C. The Chiefs didn't lose because he missed 3 FGs, they lost cause they couldn't score a freaking TD, and, as I've stated, were too dependant on their K.

D. Dante Hall bailed you out? Thanks for clarifying my point. One aspect of your special teams bailed you all the way to ZERO championships.

E. Noone said a K can't win or lose a game, the point, since you missed it, if your team is dependant on a K (or PR in your case)to make you a legitimate playoff contender, you've got a lot more problems than making or missing a kick.

Dude-look at the game clock. Even if Bledsoe had found #82, Moss and co still had googles of time to get the winning score-and all they needed was a FG to boot.

Dude-look.. go back and read my previous post where I said I was merely pointing out a play that COULD have been done differently that would have affected our season. Relax.... and don't act like our defense had absolutely no chance of stopping them on their last drive.

The guy puts ALL the blame on the kicker... and I'm pointing out something that could have been done differently that didn't involve the kicker. We could go over this all day with me pointing out different things and providing video to support my side of things.

BTW.. if Bledsoe had not made up his mind he was ONLY going to throw to Terry Glenn before the ball was snapped... it would have been a VERY good shot at either a first down or TD. If Bledsoe hits Witten right as Witten turns to look for the ball.. there is NO WAY that the defenders get there in time because.. 1) ALL defenders are at least 5-7 yards away from Witten.. 2) ALL defenders are still back pedaling or just beginning to set their feet to stop back pedaling at the time Witten turns to look for the ball.

All of this was discussed in media after that game when Witten was vocal in his frustration saying that he was open and WOULD have gotten the TD.

I'm not trying to bicker about this play... the point is that that play could have been done different just like A BUNCH of others and just like if a kick had been made.
