yeah, he had rust in that game, it makes you wonder what they do the whole time off from year to year. Oh, he was making commercials and mowing his football field at the house.
It was just 50 yards of mowing.
That has been Daks issue, should have put a regulation 100 yard field in instead.

Remember we had the savior Dak for all of the game except 6 minutes, and he manages 3 points.

So everyone made excuses for Dak saying The Bucs have some historically great defense. I haven't been able to tell since. They gave up 24 points in the 2nd half last night, and the week before they gave up 20 to Trubisky.

They're 2-5 since beating us. Our defense only gave up 19, we should have won that game.
NOPE total post FAIL!!

at that time, they were a healthy team had all offseason to GP for us and Moore uses last years GP with our weakness being at WR game 1 with little time to gel.. he abandoned the run etc. but first 3 games of the seasons the Bucs defense was #1 in the league and dangerous, AT THAT TIME..things have changed , you cant go back with the shoulda woulda, TB team has not been the same; injuries and setbacks have made them decline.

I have a rule: Don’t trust week one results in the NFL. They’re seldom predictive and usually bizarre relative to the rest of the season. It looks like the Bucs loss will be a mirror image of the Niners loss to begin 2014.
Absolutely.

GB got blown out 38-3 by New Orleans WK1 last year and then went 13-4. NO finished 9-8.

Dallas lost ugly week 1 in 2014 to SF, but then went on to go 12-4, losing only 2 of the next 14 and 1 meaningless game to close out the season. SF went 8-8.

Week 1 of the season don't put much into last year GB was destroyed by NO . This year several top teams lost week 1. Dak did not play well nor did the team in general with a ton of penalties and defense while held Tampa to 19 gave up a lot of rush yards to a team who is currently last in the NFL in rushing.
some truly clueless fans pop up nowadays. they dont understand its when you play a team not who they are after or before that game. the bucs were great the first 3 weeks on defense were truly great.. they arent now..has zero to do with game 1..

Moorre got pantsed his GP sucked, Our OL was new and got embarrassed etc etc gallup, washington wasnt there, run game abandoned, turnips first game, 73s first game , so many factors led to that loss.

we can do that all day,

Bengal's most likely win against us in a rematch as of last week, they are on roll when we faced them, they were NOT..they found themselves. sure we can beat TB NOW but lose to Cinci , its wash..that not how sports work.

Isolating one game doesn’t help anything. Every player in the league will have a bag game from time to time.

what we really need to do is look at the offensive struggles over the last year, and try to diagnose the issues that way. Denver, KC, Washington, NO, NY, SF games last year were all bad offensive games. This season we are really yet to see a quality offense hit the field. We’ve seen flashes at times, but are 28th in yards per game and averaging 19 ppg.

A lot of it has been poor qb play, but an offense that has struggled consistently for basically the last year has more than just a one player problem.

It would have looked better for him if he had at least lost to a team with a winning record…..hasn’t happened for him so far……I thing some guy named Cooper Rush has 3 wins against teams with winning records but I could be wrong.
and Dak would have beat them all and maybe by far larger margins'

want to pay that game.. Rush would have got it up worse at TB i mean his rams game 10-16 102 2 fumbles, eagles' horrible game 3 INts.. so what? rush would lose if he played the Bengals again, they are not the same team as game 2..

daks only got to play 2 games ok..lets put down the bottle step back off the ledge and tuck in your troll shirt.

5-1 since though. It’s not how you start it’s how you finish
I agree but I have to admit that that loss does hurt a lot more now in the context of their next games. Shouldn't have lost the opener.

But woulda coulda, who cares about yesterday. Let's go 6-2 with Dak now and then prepare for his first real contests since the injury. Let's hope he's up to it.

The further removed they get from Arians coaching that team, the worse they get. They’re falling apart.

First off, vs Bucs, we simply could not stop the run, despite holding Brady to one lone TD.
Fournett and co. had 152 rushing and 4.6 ypc game.
Guess what, we still having issues stopping the run, still work in progress.

As of now, with Tampa Bay Bucs :
- Their receiving corp is not always holding up.
Mike Evans (who come-goes too often, imo) dropped a sure fire, wiiiiide open TD that was critical in last week's lost.

- TE Gronk's permanent retirement was a critical loss as Brady was so dependent on him.
- WR situation was such they brought in Cole Beasley who abruptly retired.

- Bucs offense are still among leaders in total yardage- but lacking in the Red Zone . - Averaging only 18 points per game.
- Julio Jones played great vs us in game one ..per Anthony Brown, but hes' been usual always hurt,. .always limited and often unavailable.
- Are Bucs OL and protection not the same and stout as it used to be ? Is Brady more easier to sack than ever ?

- Defensively, has anyone else noticed that the Bucs are more easier to run against than ever before ? - Used to be top run defense in NFL.
at last year 91 yds per game.
But in 2022, Bucs are yielding 4.8 ypc..and yielding 132 ypg…
* Cowboys Zeke was averaging nearly 5.2 per carry but Kellen went pass crazy trying to " un-rust "Dak.

- Bucs Defense is suffering with 2nd half collapses one which including giving up big runs by Panther’s Foreman’s 60 yd.and losing to weak sister Carolina ...

yep and now that run game for Tampa is last in the league. Hard to go by anything based on week 1 of the season good or bad.

Just shows how bad Cowboys run D is. They let a bottom 5 running team run the ball down their throat.

Who'd have thought, the week 8 matchup between the 3-4 Falcons and the 2-5 fire sale Panthers is a battle for first place in the division.

I wonder if we could go a whole week without talking about Dak? I'd buy pizza for everyone if we could! It won't happen because guys like you will try (and fail) to disguise threads when it's nothing more than ANOTHER Dak thread.
Oooh....why so sensitive?

Just let your eyes skip over "Dak".
