So he now bends the laws of physics and math so which is more believable 5 out of 10 or 11 out of 10. It was a tip drill catch, we have seen CeeDee make similar catches and drop similar. Great play thats all.
Sue, Lamb makes the odd catch like this but Cupp makes these types of catches for a living. You clealy have not watched much of his play, the guy is just that good and bends all laws. Nothing he does comes as a shock, wish we had a guy like that

I think he was too far behind, Kupp had to stretch to reach the ball barely and he was a step ahead off Diggs, not sure but that was the way it looked on TV
That's the way Shannon Sharpe explained it this morning.
He said it was (I think) a rub route, and Diggs was positioned to pick the ball off similar to his pick 6 against the Patriots last year.
But Stafford threw the ball ahead of Kupp who made a great catch, and once he cut up field, he was gone.

The problem with this play wasn't Diggs.
It was the safety behind Kupp going to the ground trying for the Int.
He thought the past was to far in front of Kupp.
Instead, he should had played the receiver.
During the replay, you could see the safety's arms hitting the ground behind Kupp (maybe diving) while going for the ball.
I did not see any other view of this and the annoucers failed to mention it.
Last line of defense, you have to play the receiver there.
and no S to be seen on the long pass play by the Rams that Diggs almost knocked away.

Tell Jerry to get some quality DT's who can collapse the pocket.

I heard on radio last night that Osa had 7 QB pressures in that game. SEVEN!!!! To go with 2 TFLs.. You think he was juiced playing in front of his home (college) crowd ??

Is this guy serious ? Diggs was at least 2 steps
Behind Kupp and the ball was 2 steps in front of Kupp

Go go gadget arms, you idiot, Trevon Diggs!!!
I agree there wasn’t anything Diggs could have done other than make the tackle. It was a great one handed catch by Kupp. Even better route and play call. That was the route that teams used to run against Deion

For the life of me, I can't understand why Diggs didn't just cut the route - he was looking right at the ball. Easy pick six!

Because you were watching it on TV at an angle that was different than his?

Just spit ballin' here.

Both big plays he gave up where good defense but outstanding passes. Especially that long pass, that throw was a dime in the only place Diggs could not reach it.

The deep one was just tough. Wide open space down the middle of the field, letting Stafford pick the toughest spot for Diggs to defend.

The receiver (a great one at that) had a step, as any good WR should easily get on a shallow cross. Diggs was there just 1 step behind with pretty good coverage actually. But the ball was placed where only Kupp could get it and he did. The safety falling down was the reason they scored, not Diggs getting beat.

Yep. Kupp had to stretch and 1-hand that ball just to catch it. So I don't think Diggs had any shot at an Int.

Doesn't mean Diggs could have not played it better, after all, the play went for a TD. But that was not a "missed Pick 6".

On top of that, I'm 99% sure that if a Cowboys QB had thrown that ball "so inaccurately" that the WR had to actually do their job and make a tough catch, a percentage of this board would have still found a way to complain.

And I don't care if it was Rush, Dak or Romo. A group of fans, depending on their own view of the specific QB, would have inevitably tried to use that pass on why <insert QB here> should not be the QB and/or why the Cowboys could never win with them at QB. Never mind, it ended up a 75 yard TD.

Both plays Wilson was supposed to be playing single high safety and got caught looking underneath. On the td pass Wilson ends up behind Diggs despite being the deep safety on the play and Kupp caught a drag. Still glad the defense only gave up 10 points though.

Edit: Some people saying it was Malik Hooker. I'm not sure which player it was.
Wilson was deep on the Kupp td and Hooker was on the Atwell bomb.
