For level headed discussion around the real problems which are as follows:

• Unimaginative play calling
• A head coach that inspires no one
• Zero accountability for bonehead on field play
• A QB coach that helps no one on the field
• An offensive line that went from elite just two years ago to a real shambles
• Incredibly poor player utilization (where's Rico?)
• An environment that encourages uninspired play(see bullet #2)

I believe moving to 1-3 with a loss to the Lions next week (very possible) will force Jerry's hand. Linehan will be the first fall guy. I wouldn't be surprised if Marinelli got caught up in the shuffle. He won't fire Garrett though until the season ends. Jerry's a proud man that hates admitting he's wrong but he was wrong with handing the HC position to someone that has clearly been in over his head for years. Linehan is gonzo though if we don't beat the Lions.

I tend to agree that Linehan will be the first to fall if this continues down this path. Frankly, he deserves to be fired (as do other coaches but I digress).

Let’s note that this offseason SCREAMED for them to bring in a QB coach that could work with Dak on fundamentals, etc.

And what did they do? They let Linehan hire his pet project Moore.

We have the best pure RB in football and we can't manage to do squat on offense.
There is plenty of potential places to point the finger.

If i am Jerry i am pulling everyone into a room that told me to cut Dez, ignore the TE position in the draft, tell me Hurns would replace Dez, draft a skinny OT in the second round and play him as a starting Guard......and immediately fire them for incompetence.

Hopefully I don't have to pull my son Stephen in but its not personal...its business...

I was completely baffled at the Kellen Moore gifting and I'm even more baffled now. It just makes no good sense. Who made THAT decision? Who signed off on it? Fire them both.

Garrett will. Be here at least another 3 to 5 years.

I don’t know how good Stafford is. He has a habit of throwing at players ankles. And for as great as you think he is....he’s a perennial loser.

Linehan should have gone so long ago... Just like Dooley. And Garrett. That guy can't put together a decent coaching staff to save his life.
