He would have to hire from college like he did with Jimster..the only time he made the right decision .

It would have to be somebody like Jimster who had won at the colledge level and was done with that and wanted an NFL opportunity.

I'd say that's a fairly bad list, overall. Though JG might be on my own list, too, to be honest. His team needs to return to 2014 form to keep this show on the road.

with most nfl teams your win loss record regardless of excuse is what they use to determine your future as a head coach or coach results matter. Except in dallas the gm is the owner so there is no accountablility to the fans or any one else the gm can and will do whatever he wants because he can the fans are not going to stop coming to the games or spending dollars on the cowboys because he always drafts a hope to keep there dreams alive that hope this year was Elliot we as fans are at the mercy of one jerry jones and his son so its either watch or not watch I am going to watch but know that the results may not be what I want them to be again as they have been for 20 years now.
