Everyone knows FA is not how to build a team. They sign their own players. What I said was every year they make big signings. This year was Romo last year was Carr. The fact is for Jerry Jones there is no acceptable number with the cap for you and many others because if he had allot of space a horde of people would be crying that he's cheap.
