The Brandon Carr situation

Carr gets a lot of hate around these parts, and I think it's more to do with his contract than anything.

I wouldn't care about his contract if I didn't see him chasing WR's all over the field every Sunday.

I'm nervous about him having to defend OBJ or Victor Cruz for 40+ snaps per game.

If we had a really good pass rush, I do think Carr would look a lot better than he has shown. I had high hope for Carr when signed and am disappointed in his play. But as another poster above mentioned, 5 or more seconds of coverage every play is a lot to ask for any secondary guy.
