The Break and Talking Cowboys switching up again

Me, too. Especially when he messes up players names. Like calling "Chaz" Green "Gaston" all the time. And he just rolls with it when you can tell sometimes nobody else has any idea who the hell he's talking about.

It's getting to where I can't tell any of these shows apart anymore. I don't remember what the old lineups used to be, and I can't tell what's supposed to differentiate one from the other.

Agreed.

They are the same show, but the Break has the more professional, level-headed crew.

TC I think is supposed to get more player and coach interviews and acess, but really I haven't seen much difference.

Only win here is getting Helman on a show full time, personally I cant stand Mickey. Him & Broaddus bickering got pretty hilarious back in the day tho. Anyways, On air just got even worse lol.

They need to add 1 person with professional broadcasting abilities. Even the lowest level on air people on the local sports radio stations are drastically more professional than any of the dc.com people.

Broaddus is buddies with some of the 105.3 guys. He should get some of them to help out part time.

There is a guy at 105.3 called KT (I don't know his real name). He is a sidekick type over there but would sound like Walter Cronkite compared to anybody on those dc.com video shows.

Taylor Stern's knowledge of the players is impressive, particularly her ability ti weave in relevant details about a player being discussed. However, she's a football novice at best. Also, 1/2 the references and sarcasm thrown out by Nick flew over her head, and it was annoying when the show screached to halt as you could almost hear her trying to process what Nick said.

The Break would be best with just Derek (who I like but uttered "that being said" enough times during a show that if you drank each time, you'd be passed out by the end), Nick, and either Helman or Broaddus.

Yeah, I'm not too happy about the lineup change at this point. I think they're trying create a balance though. Over the last couple years I've been loving The Break and only listening to Talkin Cowboys when I'm REALLY bored. Mickey annoys me, and Nate and Rob are just okay. As a "Breaker" I'm not happy losing Lindsay and Broaddus to TC... but I will try it out, despite Mickey still being on. The only positive I see right now is having Dave Helman on The Break full-time.

I really hate it that people can't handle the truth.....And everyone lives in their own little world....and can't see through the BS the media feeds them. Yeah...I got a problem w/ that.

I love the generational hate the younger fans have for Mickey. Now that they are making him work with another millennial, can't wait to see how that works out... and what about "Tay What?"? Is Hurricane Mickey going to rain all over that parade or what? I actually do like Mickey and Taylor but I just don't see the two of them working well together.

I agree that Broddus handles him best, but seeing as neither backs down it is a lot of arguing to wade through for Cowboys information. I thought Brian really excelled away from Mickey on the calmer atmosphere of the break.

No, nope that is you living in your own little world and everybody else looking concerned when said world rubs up against them. If you had to number yourself between 1, being the sanest person on the planet, and 10, being nuttier then squirrel poop, would you pick 100 or 1000?
