Our D gave up about as many big plays as possible.

Offense couldn't block philly to save their lives.

Bledsoe played like complete crap.

And we still could have, and should have, won the game at the end.

6 years ago, the way we played today, we would of lost by 50 points. On a BAD day, in Philly, we still only lost by 2 TDs (and really just 1).

If we played even a little BELOW average (Instead of WELL below average) we win this game by 10 points.

But that's why this hurts so much. We have a very promising team that's being let down by the QB position (and to some extent the O-line.)

the thing is though Bill Parcells isnt supposed to be Dave Campo

we could play this mediocre with him as HC...Parcells is getting 5mils or so a yr...

Right on.

It's obvious that we're a more talented team than Philly.

We took their absolute best shot...

We turned it over twice inside their ten...

We made stupid gaffs in coverage...

Yet we still nearly tie it at the end.

We're more talented....just not smart yet.

There is no bright side losing agianst the Philthy Eagles!..All is dark.

NoESPN for a week untill next sunday. And they better win that freaking game:mad:  .

The point is a Campo team would have lost 44-13

There were too many of these posts last year. Games like this and the Jacksonville game where we 'played badly but only barely lost' are the games that will keep us out of the playoffs.

Witten got smacked in the endzone on the last play, but no call.

Good post, Rack.

We played terrible and tried to give the game away from the start, but we still were just a few yards from overtime.

And, we're still both 1-1 in the division.

"To some extent"? You've got to be kidding me. Bledsoe sucked, but no position played worse today then the OL (pass protection).

McBriar didn't help us much today with his muff. Eagles just had too many big plays that we gave them. I still felt Dallas was the better team on that field.

OK - great point.

Now what the ^*&^%$ are we supposed to do with that point.

Take consolation?

The only bright side I see, is that it's one day closer to getting rid of Bledsoe.

The Defense had to keep getting back on the field time after time because of Bledsoe's turn overs, and sacks. Seveneteen of those points goes to Bledsoe, (at least).

They carved us up in the middle of the line.

For my 1k post...

I agree with Rack on this one. Come on 5 turnovers and give them the ball inside the 15 twice, and still be in a postion to win? I was shocked they kept it so close all things considered.
I am afraid this is what we will get with Bledsoe though. Makes a few plays to keep you hanging on but in the end the negatives outweight the positives.
Start the countdown for the lockerroom to start calling for Romo.

After a long time, I agree with you on this big time. I am not sure why BP is getting paid so high? With all supposed talent on D, he keeps saying he has, I just see any freaking improvement in big games.

I love lot of things he has done so far, but boy, his QB decisions are just killing Cowboys chances IMO.

It still makes me laugh that J.Jphnson puts together his pressure defensive game plan, and Zimmer just sits back in coverage. I am starting to believe BP has a bug in his ear.

we dont know that...Campo never coached a team with half the talent this one has

he was a miserable HC...but I think the same can be said about the guy on our sideline now...he has done a bad job...great job assembling talent, poor job coaching it...
