Wentz is good, his wr's aren't.

On the flip side he is very lucky to have that gnat 43 in the backfield.

Agreed. Tons of drops and no seperation. He doesn't have a deep threat either.

Sproles, defense and special teams.

He's not Brady but he's not Case Keemun either.

Have you seen Wentz' girlfriend? She's a good match for his paycheck. Assuming, of course, her personality and sense of humor matches her physical appearance.

That was probably a Green Card thing where she just wanted out of North Dakota.

4.7 YPA. Not sure if that's by design or that we did a great job covering downfield. Either way never going to win like that.
That's what Wentz does, he had done it all season but listening to Wentz lovers you would think he was Tom Brady throwing the ball

Yeah, but did Wentz throw it downfield? Dude threw nothing but dump offs. Everyone is riding this guys jock, and all he does is throw short.

Exactly. He wanted to be the hero and throw a long one on his last possession, when he held it too long and Scandrick sacked him.

It's so frustrating watching and hearing these announcers keep saying "it's the Carson Wentz show tonight". How? Are we watching the same game? The guy looked extremely mediocre. When it mattered most, the rookie of the year came thru.
Same people been saying it all year but yet this was his regular type game. The difference was we weren't letting guys run 40 plus yards for tds

To be fair....his receivers dropped very catchable balls all night, when he did throw past 10yds

Just saw this insanely hilarious stat from tonight's game. The Eagles only threw for over 20 yards once. And it was a pass from Josh Huff, not Carson Wentz. :lmao:

The guy epitomizes dink and dunk... wasn't impressed AT ALL with him tonight. At least Dak showed up at some point... when it mattered most.

That's false, he doesn't help his recievers with his accuracy. Recievers have had to make some tough catches cause Wentz throws high and low. He doesn't have a deep that cause he isn't very good throwing down field, that's why he is dink and dunk

I've never seen that much dink and dunk in a game. Has to be some kind of record.
  • Carson Wentz: 32 completions -- 202 yards -- 6.3 yards per completion
  • Dak Prescott: 19 completions -- 287 yards -- 15.1 yards per completion
Edit: I see YPA was mentioned earlier, but whatevs.

I think Pederson is protecting Wentz, it works at times because he's pretty creative. Completely caught the Steelers off guard.

Teams have started to catch up with them a bit since that point.

Wentz is basically Brandon Weeden without the 2-3 WTH throws per game.

4.7 ypa is pitiful...that is like Pop Warner level, and not like the 12-13 year olds, more like the Peewees
