The CeeDee nose wipe celebration is now a 15 yard penalty

LOL, maybe the league can instill some discipline on this team.

Bow and arrow celebration was fined last year. I imagine that will be a penalty if this is. It’s silly that these would be penalties. Trotters “axe man” celebration would probably get a suspension these days.
Bow and arrow is gone to the Saints!!

Since when is wiping the nose, violent?
Since it’s a gesture associated with The Bloods. No joke, it really is. And Goddell being a Crip is very uncomfortable with this.

Used in a bunch of songs as well, and let’s just say used in an unfavorable context.

So there is something to it but to that point, finger signs should then not be permitted. You never know, what is thought to be a special “I love you” sign from father to daughter could really be a “Time to take Tyrone out” hand flash.

He stopped doing it already. Didn't do it at all in 2024, so he won't be affected.

That’d be way more boring so I personally hope not
I get what you are saying, in a way but I hope no grown men actually get pumped up by these celebrations. It's lame to need something other than the play to get a fan excited. JMO

A) Given how often any Cowboy will be celebrating anything next season, I wouldn't worry about it

and

B) Can you imagine anyone of us doing a little dance or gesturing to all others in the room at work every time we did our jobs properly? 21st century snowflake problems.

It seems only one person in this whole thread knows what it actually means. I knew it wouldn't last long when I first seen him do it his rookie year. The NFL finally knows what it means.
Well Deebo was doing it before Lamb made the league. He just sucks now so he doesn’t do it lol

You do realize the celebration is an individual celebration and does not reflect the team?

Being that Lamb is a top 3 WR in the league this is not relevant with how good or bad the team is/going to be

what this is not a big deal people are making a big deal about it everywhere, I'm glad to see it go every once in a while you just need to change it up I was over the whole feed me thing with zeke not 'cause he fell off it just was boring and old and lot of times unnecessary if it's a big first down if it's in a big moment then do something but act like you've been there we don't need all the crazy antics after every first down or every 5 yard run or every 5 yard catch even if it's a great catch I don't care to see you be selfish and draw attention to yourself sure have some fun but act like you been there.

And no I'm not some dated boomer I like the celebrations they just don't need to be as many and in this case it needs to be changed up sometimes.....

New rules attributed to Cowboys players is another example why Dallas will never become irrelevant in the NFL.
This is true a whole bunch of rules over the last I don't know 20 years or more have been cowboy related in some form or fashion it's crazy I don't know about never be irrelevant but the league sure likes to put a spotlight on our teams even when we're not good we're in prime time I mean how many prime time games are we going to be in this year 2 or 4?

the “nose wipe” celebration is now a 15 yard penalty for being a “violent gesture”
I was today year's old when I learned this was a "violent gesture". I never cared for the nose wipe anyway. Just looked silly to me.
