The Celtics are Nasty!

Boston wins the series but once again Garnett and Allen are unclutch...Gatorade really does need a new commercial. They should have used Pierce instead of Garnett.

Cleveland needed Gibson in the worst way today.....his outside shooting might have made a difference today. Also, Cleveland lost by 5, but missed way too many FTs. If they make their FTs, they probably win the game.

Detwaw will beat them in 5 or 6.

right on cue.....man had cleveland won, Captain Fairweather would have disappeared for the remainder of the season.

Boston wasn't going to do anything prior to Season
66 wins later

Boston couldn't beat West -
we dominated West all Season

Boston couldn't beat Spurs, Dallas, Houston after your Rodeo thing in Spring
Boston swept those 3 games

Win and Advance - Final 4 and Boston is THERE

Detroit is in a world of trouble - This Detroit sweep talk to 5 games is laughable.

so what's your prediction? Boston in 7 since they can't win a road playoff game. Detroit will beat Boston in Boston

Yup, Detroit is WAYYYYY better than the lowly hawks and the one man cavaliers.

One man Cavs ousted Detroit last year in playoffs :)

Boston is 8-0 at home. Thats cold hard fact
Home teams last round 22-2.

Not sure what game you were watching,

Garnett went 13-13 rebounds
Atlanta and Clevelands strategy is to double Ray everywhere and disrupt their offense (he is also not shooting well). Garnetts exact words was their offensive plan was get the ball to Pierce and get out of the way - Pierce goes for 41 and Lebron and CAVS GO HOME.

Actually if you watched the last 2 games, Jones was pretty solid deep in replacement.

Maybe Celtics just flat out beat the East defending Champs.

now there is something we can agree on! oh nors, the celtics still havent won a road game, good luck with detroit, your gonna need it, if the pistons had home court this series wouldnt go more than 5 but as it is detroit will wrap it up in game 6 at home, pistons will split the first two games, win both at home, lose game 5 and win game six

Detroit is a much better matchup for Boston - Cleveland bounced Detroit last year. They can't handle Celtics in a 7.

i don't think they can. it's going to be a very tough series.

I think Detroit will put up a fight - Boston in 6

so the celtics had to go to seven games to beat the HAWKS and the lebrons, but you think they are gonna beat the pistons in 6? riiiiiiiiiiiiight

I wouldn't put it past the Celts to keep putting up 7 game series wins. They're definitely a tough team to beat at home.

At the same time, they're not the elite talent that their regular season record would suggest.

Of the teams left, I don't know of one that should be too afraid of them.

LeBrons Cavs beat Detroit last year straight up. You realize that? This Piston team is not same team from years ago -

Lebron is all that and put up a 45 and still we beat HIM.

Who cares. Same New Orleans team was bounced in 1st round last year.

Detroit is on a mission. SWEEP.
