The Chiefs Got DeAndre Hopkins For A 5th. Jerry Gets Mingo For A 4th

You cannot make this stuff up.

A late 5th round pick at that, while the Cowboys 4th will be early in the round.

It's almost like Jerry tries to make bad moves at this point.

It's like an experiment to see how many bad decisions a franchise can make while still keeping their fans interest.
Hopkins is also a free agent after the season. He wouldn't have been around after this year. They will have Mingo for 2025 and 2026. Only time will tell if this ends up being a good trade for the Cowboys. If Mingo develops into a reliable #2 or #3 WR then it was a good trade. Like you, I think a 4th was too much at this point.

I'm the only one that can fix it....

I'm speechless right now........Jerry and Stephen .......Dumb and Dumber

Trade for a WR on a bad passing team  then to give up a 4th. That's going to be a early day 3 pick.

In the laundry list of absurd moves over the years, this one may take the cake!

Remember his comment 4 or 5 years ago. Said he feels he had the brain of a 40 year old?
I think his brain is now pickled. Well it was then also. But now it is like the brain of a 140 year old. Must have been some bad pickle juice.

Mingo couldn't beat out an UDFA and a 7th rounder for a spot..........but he's good enough for us......bc Jerry "felt strongly about him" during the 2023 draft process.

Yeah you're trading for the contract just as much as you're trading for the player

I don't think the team still has any pro scouts.

They liked Mingo from his draft class.
He's sucked to date in the NFL.

Lance was a 3rd overall pick.
He's sucked so far in the NFL.

So, we lose our starting quarterback for multiple games ...
our passing game wasn't great anyway ...
no running game makes it easier to defend our passing game ...
our defense can't stop a cold even with Mucinex ...
and we give up a 4th round pick (which will likely be a low 3rd rounder) for a jag WR receiver?

Wait for it ... 3 ... 2 ... 1 ...

CHAMPEENSHIP!

i mean even worse is the deal the ravens got for the panthers NUMBER 1 RECEIVER lol. they got the best guy on the team for less than we got a backup

Lance takes the cake considering what they’re paying him on top of carrying a 3rd QB for no apparent reason on top of the slew of other needs they have and also paying Dak top dollar anyway?! The niners took Jerry for a ride. This one, although foolish doesn’t compare!

,,, and an early fourth at that! KC will be a late fifth. The appearance of motion is what Jerry is shooting for here. We're not standing pat on this dumpster fire by-golly, we're doing something!

If that isn’t an indictment I don’t what is .
