I get they won, but I will say:

"He was scoreless in the 1st quarter"
"Barely threw 200 yards"
"They beat a 3-11 team"

Glad they won and it was fun to watch, but we need a QB ASAP, because long term, Rush is not going to succeed. He can barely get the ball to the target. Especially deeper, he throws short. Against solid secondaries, he'll struggle.

Nailed it. They blamed Romo for every loss in addition to pretty much blaming him for everything from inflation to cancer. So when this little flash in the pan Prescott comes along they declared him to be the savior. 10 years later they're still clinging to that dream and anybody who says otherwise is going to get eviscerated come hell or high water. It boils down to nothing more than the simple inability to admit that they were wrong. Pride is a hell of a thing
