The Dak Prescott Thread **merged**

1. Game manager
2. played a clean game
3. Nothing spectacular
4. Nothing horrid either
5. Made a few reads and strong arm passes
6. Still needs a lot of work, he's just average at best
7. Dak will never single handily win a game for this team like other QB's can
8. I like Dak, but he's just not the answer. He's a bus driver.

I just don't think the coaching staff allows dak to open things up. Sure he misses some things. All quarterbacks do. I think you saw tonight what he can potentially be, maybe not the perfect qb, but a guy that can make plays.

Oh and the arm strength thing. He's got the arm as he proved early. I think that set the tone and backed the giants up early.

jury still out going forward. We play some tough defenses this year. We'll see.

Something to build on. Good throw early but I still want to see more consistency throwing because he's lucky the giants defenders can't catch...

His wins are pretty much doing just enough. Typical bus driver that doesn’t lose the game when he wins.

Giants were run blitzing at the end to try and force something, so read option keeping the ball basically worked every time.

I can only go by what I see.
he was much better tonight.
saw improvement from him.
and tho he had a bad game v carolina...give him credit...no picks.
keep showing improvements week to week.
like his answer tonight.
could have folded....he fought his tail off.
solid job.
BEAT seattle.

No turnovers, big play to Austin, was able to push the ball through running plays, but no real push down the field with passing other than the Austin pass

I'll say B+. I think more read option is good. Dak should be getting at least 6 carries per game IMO. Obviously needs to be careful, but he's a big guy and not highly injury prone.

My hope for Dak is, at this point, to be a mid 2010s Russell Wilson. We got a solid D, especially up front, a good RB, good O line, and need a QB to not make mistakes, make plays with his arms and legs. Generally needs to get more than 200 yards I would say though.

Good game for Dak . He didn't hold the ball trusted his receivers and let it go . He did some great things with his legs to keep the drive going.

Threw long threw short to the sideline did what ever he had to do . Great work Dak

Looks like he has his confidence back. Controlled the game, made some throws into tight converage and had some clutch plays with his legs.

I don’t think he’s ever going to be the guy to throw for 400+ yards but he did what he needed to to lead this team to a W.

After they backed up. They came back up in a hurry. 15/24 for 96 yards does not scare anyone

His throwing was a lot more accurate and he didn't seem indecisive like last weekend. He started to get a rhythm in the second half before penalties stalled a few drives.
