The Dez contract is probably going to be next on the list of terrible ones

This is actually a fair thing to bring up and I didn't even think of it. I can't say my expectations for Cole Beasley were very high, but he's been gutter trash too.

From the looks of things jumped the gun significantly on Beasley. A lot like they did with Barry Church, maybe even more.

Contrary to what we seem to think with the middle of this roster, is okay to make players bet on themselves and then deal with it if they produce through the roof.

So blame the coaches that Dez can't get open on an injured foot with subpar QBs. There have been times he was open, they just didn't get him the ball.

Dez earned his contract, injuries kept him out. Missing TC didn't help,,but then again, that was not the cause of a broken bone. That was the unfortunate way he stepped or came down on the bone.

Tony didn't break his Collar Bome because he is an older QB, it was again, an unfortunate way they player "purposely" landed on him.

Who is next on the long list of off season threads that gets bagged on....

That's your opinion.

It's my opinion that the team had a fortunate series of events befall them last season. This year the terrible football culture and incompetence of this organization is back on display.

This moves up the list of delusional off based opinions. It is far more out in space than when someone posted, it was the coaches fault for not using CMike the right way, for why he failed.

I think he was never right with his foot this year, him missing TC was not a good idea either.

Exactly, lets give Dez another year and see how he does. Julio Jones had the same injury and wasn't the same when he first came back..it took a whole offseason to get it right.

Dez is the heart and soul of this team......he will be back..in true fashion next year....folks just need to chill...its been a injury prone year for most of the Cowboys players...just time to put 2015 in the history book and move on.

As you can see now, how productive he is probably going to be contingent on what kinda QB he has here. The coaches have shown that they no idea how to help him get open, he's struggled to stay healthy and he hasn't been focused since he's been here. Having a good QB throwing making magic with him has been a cure all, but as we can probably see that's likely coming to an end. Romo's time is coming to a close and I'd like to sell you some ocean front property in Arizona if you have confidence that the Cowboys have any idea how to find another QB. So next year when whatever bum QB the Cowboys dig up to play after Romo gets injured again, they might as well shutdown Dez down then. If Dez isn't already injured himself.

Im sure you'll be the life of the New Years party this year :(

Every time Dez has appeared down he has bounced back with even better results*

This too shall pass

*- worst case scenario they cut him after 2017 and save 8.5m on the cap
