It's my opinion that the team had a fortunate series of events befall them last season. This year the terrible football culture and incompetence of this organization is back on display.

Exactly, lets give Dez another year and see how he does. Julio Jones had the same injury and wasn't the same when he first came back..it took a whole offseason to get it right.

Dez is the heart and soul of this team......he will be back..in true fashion next year....folks just need to chill...its been a injury prone year for most of the Cowboys players...just time to put 2015 in the history book and move on.

Yep, another misplaced suckage thread. It should ALL be directed at Garrett instead of spread around.

I think Jerry should share the blame if he really has neutered JG to the point that JG can't hire his own OC.
I think JG was never a very good OC either.

I see no way JG gets fired. My only hope is Jerry brings in a real offensive guy who has the ability to install a better offense. Since JG's job is motivational clapper with very little power I want to only hold him responsible for what he can control.
