The Dez contract is probably going to be next on the list of terrible ones

Well in fairness to Dez he had the injury and no Romo, but to perform up to his contract he would have to have a top 10 year every year, which is sort of iffy. I think Dez has top 10 talent, but not top 10 intelligence/mental stability, which can be a bit of a handicap.

Those who said "pay the man whatever the cost" about Dez appear to be a little bit unrealistic and behind the curve at this junture.

It's been a bad year but I expect him to bounce back. He's just been over-hyped. He's not a top 5 wr even when healthy. He is a redzone monster though.

A broken foot and 4 QBs are good reasons for an off year.

That's the point. It isn't true. This year the team was just hit by a string of unbelievably impactful injuries. This team has enough talent to win a Championship when healthy. Nothing you can say will change my mind on that.

Yeah because no one else in the NFL has injuries

As you can see now, how productive he is probably going to be contingent on what kinda QB he has here. The coaches have shown that they no idea how to help him get open, he's struggled to stay healthy and he hasn't been focused since he's been here. Having a good QB throwing making magic with him has been a cure all, but as we can probably see that's likely coming to an end. Romo's time is coming to a close and I'd like to sell you some ocean front property in Arizona if you have confidence that the Cowboys have any idea how to find another QB. So next year when whatever bum QB the Cowboys dig up to play after Romo gets injured again, they might as well shutdown Dez down then. If Dez isn't already injured himself.

Dez can be cut in 2018 along with Romo for a total of 16.9mil but saving 24.8 mil. And thats with their straight release.

if you wouldn't pay for 3 years of Dez in his prime you don't know football

great argument that i dont know football. Now you have me totally convinced by your oppinion. BTW what is your oppinion ? you did not even mentioned it.

Thats how childs argue in kindergarden: "Buhuhu you have no clue". Do you have something intelligent to say also ? If not spare me with your personal offenses.

It is because your statement is so nonsensical and sounded like a child throwing a temper tantrum.

Dez was coming off 3 of the best 3 years a WR could have. Every single team would re-sign him.

I have some criticism of Dez but I have to give him a pass for this season.

There is no way he is performing anywhere near full strength, that injury seriously effects his speed, quickness, ability to make cuts, stamina, elusiveness, ability to jump, and coordination.

The fact that he probably gets limited in practice means he is more of a decoy for the quarterbacks since they have established nothing close to a familiarity that they need to be in sync.

Its a sad season but his contract isn't one year. Let's see what happens in '16.

That's kind of true. You were pretty quiet last year. Of course you still blessed us with some of your leavings on occasion.

Posting about the Cowboys short comings is therapeutic. There is zero reason to post about anything positive. I think a lot of people probably feel that way.

With a full offseason of OTA's, a full training camp, a healthy foot and a healthy Romo, Dez will be Dez again. He'll be fine.

Back to where Dallas was last year, a top team in the hunt for a Super Bowl Victory !!!!

I've trashed on Dez all season. Look there's no excuses. But I was 100% behind signing him. He will have all off season, all camp and all preseason to get better. he'll be alright fellas, drop the pitch forks.

It appears to be a bad contract when considering the impact of a Romoless Cowboy team, good thing Tony has "at least 4-5 years left in him, (you know) since Brady can do it."

Still could've used Dez today.

Dez is learning alot about you snake fans who talk **** but would be first in line to want Dez to sign an autograph. He shouldve followed Julios advice. Bunch of losers on here.

I was 10 feet from bryant at training camp and didn't want his autograph. Is it ok for me to talk bad about him?
