Our odds are better than a lot of teams, even though we haven’t done anything in almost 30 years. Some teams go years at a time without ever making the playoffs. Despite our lack of success in the playoffs I still look forward to every season and still enjoy watching the games. I still enter every season with some hope. If you don’t have some hope there’s no point in watching the games.

There's a reason why in college basketball and football, strength of schedule means something when assigning teams to playoff spots. Lots of big schools can beat up on lowly teams, and then when they meet their match, crumble. The Cowboys have yet to demonstrate one "big time win" this year, and haven't done so in decades.

I've watched all their seasons since the 1st in 1960. I've seen the good years and the bad years decade by decade. I've watched Dak play for 8 years now and I've seen Fat Mike at the helm.
This team is far from a championship team.
