Staubach had 23 come from behind wins in his career. Of those, 17 were in the last two minutes.

This is not comparing Staubach and Dak, but to point out even the ones we admire play games like the one today.

But where the double standard comes in is the people whining today are the same ones who say Dak can't come from behind and put together the winning drive.

You just saw it. They all played flat. Read the headlines. Saw the Vegas line and thought this was in the bag. Mistakes all over the field.

But they got the ball back and drove 98 yards to win the game. It took a defensive stand, and an offensive drive to beat this team.

I have seen every season where Dallas ended up in the Super Bowl The only one I did not see, I was cooling my heels in Vietnam. Every season where they played in the NFC Championship game had games like this.

Is it too much to have a little perspective? Evidently for some it is.

You know, I’ve seen them lose a lot of games just like that in years prior. Sometimes you need these games where you dig deep and operate on razor thin margins to get you refocused on the task at hand. Still a lot of football left to play and we’re still alive so I’m happy

Double standards only happen when you’re trying to make yourself feel better. Example being comparing our Colts and Texans games to the Eagles Colts and Texans games. We got smashed in the mouth today but “so did Philly”, even though they didn’t. It’s just a nervous tic we’ve developed as a championship starved fan base.

Why do you care what a bunch of Dak hating cry babies think? They are a bunch of losers that cant admit they got it all wrong about Dak.

Another win today for the Cowboys under Dak and he did in clutch fashion.

Better get it corrected now or we will be sitting on the couch again come the divisional round.

We may get beat, but I really don't think it'll be because they ate the cheese in the playoffs. Today was a good lesson for this team.

Is it that people don't think he can lead a game winning drive late or the fact some are pointing out that while he did lead us on the winning drive late, we were in that spot because Dak (and yes others on the team), were pretty bad the first 58 minutes of the game? For example, Dak got bailed out earlier in the quarter by the defense after he threw a bad interception deep in our territory. One game winning drive shouldn't erase or excuse Dak (or any QB for that matter), if the reason they needed a late score was because that QB played poorly up until that point.

This teams success will be dependent on Dak's performance.

The last two games for me show whether Dallas is a real contender or a mirage or pretender come playoff time....Good teams put Indy and Houston away early and often, they don't allow these bad football teams to hang around into the fourth quarter or need a last minute drive to win in December at home so to me, Dallas is a pretender again going into the playoffs...

How far we stretch to cover for this clown is amazing.
Every week it's a fresh take.
15 tds vs 9 ints is sub NFL play.
If you feel the need to crow about someone try Pollard, you know, the only reason we won this game

A win is a win most of the time. There are no guarantees when the game starts just based on the records of the teams. The Vikings got destroyed by the Lions and the Titans loss to the Jags. It is the NFL. No game is ever a gimmee. You work on what you need to improve and enjoy that you got out with a victory.

but… but… we came back and won. But but any given Sunday. But but we had injuries.

-everyone defending this abysmal excuse of a game

You are tight...

But when we blow a team out by 40.....they all want to talk about the one or two bad plays all week.

Can't make it up.
