That's because they are crossed eyed! As for me...I'm gonna root for both of them! :)

:laugh2:
I eventually warm up to Owens....but it's gonna take a while.

After Big Bill leaves & Bledsoe leaves, it will be the Henson show for a year and we will draft a quarterback.:p:

Hi ya Santiago.

If he does well, it won't be a surprise to me.

I will not be surprised either. I expect him to do well.

He's freakin 3rd sting. What's the matter with some of you people. Name me 1 other 3rd string QB you'd rather have. He has a ton of potential and we are in no real hurry. Let's give it a little time and see what we have.

Because we have failed to develop a QB since Aikman left is the reason we are in the position we are in. Are we just going to keep getting hired guns and hope they work out? Henson may or may not work out. Only one way to find out. Drawing conclusions before the experiment is over doesn't make any sense to me.

How high a cliff?:muttley:

No, I'm not if favor of dumping him at this point. I think both Henson and Romo get another TC to show what they've got. Bledsoe's going to be here anyway for at least a year or two, possibly even three. What's the rush?

I don't root against him, but I don't see much in him either. Obviously we never know for sure until he takes snaps in a real NFL game, but I think we can find better development projects in this draft. I know you didn't say it, but I'll just reiterate that voting for the cliff DOES NOT necessarily denote rooting against him.

Very well said.

I hope so! All we need is a QB that knows how to play Texas football! DALLAS COWBOY Football!

America's Team has a tradition to live up too...damn it! If that is Henson...so what? If it is Romo, so what?

However, I think the Boyz are all set up at the QB position! And, it's all working out, right before our eyes...! :)

(and then we have Bledsoe for a backup QB)? Who could ask for anything else? I mean come on now...! :starspin

Collectively, the anti-henson crowd isn't bright enough to register shock. My guess is they'll continue with loud indignation.

This is exactly the thought I had. The guy is a development guy who has a ton of potential. If anyone thinks they can find a 3rd team guy with that kind of skill and potential they are living in fantasy land.

Did any of you watch Philly's back-ups last year?

How about a third choice to throw the haters off a cliff?

I'm with you. Keep Henson, throw those ready to give up on him off a cliff.

I say develop Henson. He is very talented. Got everything you could want in a QB. But I will have to say...if for some reason Cutler falls to us I would be tempted to take him.

Throwing poor Drew off a cliff is a bit extreme, but clearly the "Henson Experiement" has ran it's course.

He'd be better off playing in a league more befitting of his talents like the arena or cfl league. He could probably have a great career there too! ;)

"Clearly"?????????

How do you figure? He hasn't even had a chance yet. He has 18 career attempts and he is done??? I would strongly suggest that given the raw skills he brought to the table, his experiment is just starting.

does throwing Henson off the cliff mean that we have a better QB prospect? or does it mean this is Hutch/Leaf will be better than Q debate all over gain...

anyone in their right mind is not going to cut the 3rd string QB without a replacement? yeah not too many teams have 2 Qbs on the roster!

the question should be if someone from the 06 class/06 training camp shows better promise than HENSON.... Do u then, throw Henson off the cliff to make room for the guy with more promise?

Honestly that pic with Hensons chin strap shows him throwing the ball from behind his head like a pitcher.... that needs to change before we talk about his potential!
