I have always felt the exact same way about him - he should ride the bench for 3 years before we make any decision on him. After this season, I want to start to see if we can get dividends off him.
Until then, I don't think we will know a damn thing.

It is disloyal to throw him off a cliff just yet.
Give him 2-3 more years, THEN throw him off a cliff

I don't root against him, but I don't see much in him either. Obviously we never know for sure until he takes snaps in a real NFL game, but I think we can find better development projects in this draft. I know you didn't say it, but I'll just reiterate that voting for the cliff DOES NOT necessarily denote rooting against him.Juke99 said:Nothing lost by letting the guy develop.
I am amazed at the people here who literally root against him and yet still call themselves Cowboy fans.
It's one thing to state, even strongly, that you don't think Henson is gonna make it.
It's another entirely to root against him.
Fact of the matter is, Henson has done nothing but say and do the right things from day one.
I could see being against him if he came to the Cowboys with an attitude like he was owed something or the Second Coming.
He hasn't.
Funny thing is, these same people who are rooting against him, will be rooting for Terrell Owens.
