There is no doubt that the Eagles are a good team. I'm not disputing that. But they also have to be one of the luckiest teams in the league.

The Broncos were playing great ball earlier in the year and now they look like a totally dysfunctional team. I sure wish we were facing the Broncos now instead of earlier in the season.

Every person outside of cowboys nation felt the same way about us last Year.

And thanks ton garrett he proved them all right

People who think a win is a win are a bit delusional. Playing a team like Green Bay with or without Rodgers is not the same degree of difficulty.

Playing the Cowboys without Zeke, or Prescott (if that happened) or Lee or Tank or Irving is an entirely different proposition.

The Broncos could be getting better QB play out of a 16 year old girl right now than they are putting on the field.

The reality is we won a lot of games we had no business winning last year which is how everyone outside of cowboys nation feels. The same can be said for the eagles but that would be coming from cowboys nation and other non eagles fans. Because it’s our division rival, we find ways to downplay how good they are. And when we’re good (hell even when we aren’t) we try to indicate how good we actually are.

Be prepared to see a bunch of Cowboys "fans" enter this thread only to slobber all over the Eagles/Wentz.

Our fanbase has more faith in the Eagles than their own fanbase does.

You have GOT to be kidding! Mad bro?

I live in Pennsylvania.

Ya'll slobber all over the Eagles on this board more than all of the Eagles fans I know. And believe me that's saying a lot. Eagles fans are jaded and waiting for the letdown.
He is an Eagle fan.

This went over my head. So are you calling me an Eagirls fan because I stated that they are very good?

They have to play us twice in the second half of the year. Cowboys are clearly a better team now than they were in September.

So their luck is about to run out.

They're going to be good, close games. I think the Cowboys and Saints are the biggest threats to us, depending on how things shake out. Don't sleep on the Eagles' defense, though. The run defense is legit. If you watch any of our games, even the CBs are solid tacklers. We don't have your playmakers at WR, but I think our offense is more versatile schematically and the ball distribution is more balanced. Obviously you have the best RB/OL combo in football, so that edge goes to you.

But I see two pretty evenly matched teams with different strengths. You have an overpowering, line up and knock your dick in the dirt, TOP offense and a fast, opportunistic D. We have an offense that can adapt against varied defensive personnel/philosophies and more of a strangling, but less exotic, execution defense.

I see a lot of chest-thumping around here, but I think this is going to be a really fun era of the rivalry for the next 10+ years assuming both teams continue to draft well.
