This is what could make Moore a head coach candidate someday. I wasn't sure if he was stubbornly stuck to the Garrett system/philosophy, but was ready to move on because we seemed to still be doing too many Garrettesque things. With the Chargers, he didn't seem to change much, but with the Eagles, he seems to be embracing what they did well with Hurts when they went to the Super Bowl.

Of course, I've read that doing this was not necessarily his choice.
