The Eagles Jalen Hurts problem

When he came into the league he was a real threat running the ball if things broke down . Now he seems slow beaten up the body language is all wrong .

26 could be his last year in Philly then he’s a journeyman QB in this league without Brown Smith Barkley & Goedert not to mention one of the best O lines in the NFL .

you have to surround a mid qb with greatness. I've said it time and time again. Only reason he won one. Can't hit the lottery twice.

KM got him to perform but they had a stellar offensive line and not so much anymore.

No mention of this leading back to the HC? AJ trade solves things? Is there more to this? Stay tuned kids, lol
The HC looks good in all this. I doubt he put the hootenanny together. I think he inherited Hurts.

I hope it all implodes on the team.
Hell, I think it's already doing that. This is their Super Bowl QB, the face of the franchise, a $50M player being dragged through the mud off leaks from the FO. Going to be interesting to see how/when they address it coz as of now, his lockerroom leadership is questionable at best.

Sports books have the Eagles as the only team favored to repeat as division winners this season. That may reflect more on the other three teams in the NFCE.

Some notes from @JFowlerESPN’s article on Jalen Hurts:

- pushed back on changes that would diversify the scheme,

- wanted to avoid playing under center

- reluctant to let it rip at times, particularly against zone coverage

- poor body language, not always bought in

- not the most coachable and the players notice

- diverts from the game plan and changes playcalls to an excessive degree

TRADE HIM AND NOT BROWN

Lol I would take a Hurts problem over a Jerry Jones problem every second of the day.
yep. It's amazing on here how some act when a rival starts falling on tough times. We cant sniff a conference champ game, the eagle have won 2 super bowls in the last 10 years....so the happiness of cowboys fans sometimes comes from the failures of others. Thats pretty weak IMO.

Jason Kelce was the leader of that offense not Hurts. Read and pointed out the defense for Hurts. All Hurts had to do was make the call outs. Got into so many battles with Philly fans that Kelce and Graham retiring was the end of their championship window.
They literally won the Super Bowl after Kelce retired
