So if the blame lies with the defense, why the Dak defense on what ultimately was a poor pass attempt for the simple reason Dak had defenders in his face and there were 2 defenders around Brown.....and if you watch it seems Brown wasn't expecting the pass as he never looked back towards Dak until the last second and had the ball bounce off his hands based on a blocked view and surprise at getting the ball.

Looks like he expected it just fine.

Yeah, I'm not so sure it's a minority but if it makes you feel better that's okay. Also, I don't think anyone here hates Dak, they simply feel his performance is not commensurate with his pay and that has a long-lasting effect on the franchise.
Oh I think it absolutely is a minority as far as true haters go. Just look and its the same posters over and over and over. Same with the Dak apologists. 75% here seem to be pretty level headed people. Now that doesnt mean you cant still call out Dak when he doesnt play well, I'm talking about the extreme sides that have to give 100% fault or credit to Dak no matter what.

As far as Daks pay goes that is more than a fair debate, I hate the contract too, but it is what it is at this point. Just because Jerry paid Dak doesnt mean that hes going to turn into Mahomes all of a sudden. Plus many of the Dak bashers were bashing Dak way before he got his money.

The ball was TIPPED. If it want tipped, he most likely throws it way behind Brown as his mechanics were garbage and his hips were facing right when he jumped and tossed it across his body. He was also late with his delivery as if he didn’t start bailing in the pocket, he could have hit Brown from behind the Center if he stepped up.

Rewrite history much?

Your assessment of what he could do ignores Dak had a defender on his heels as he threw. So your idea of him staying in the pocket needs to adjust for the sack Dak would have taken had he simply followed your critical thinking about this play. And I can just imagine what you would have said had that happened.

But further, the ball was not tipped. I have posted two different photos of this play where you see the ball arriving cleanly at Brown's hands. The second photo is a close-up of the ball bouncing off Brown's arm because his hands were in the wrong position to catch the ball. He threw the ball off his back foot across his body. The ball wobbled because of the throw, not the defender rushing from Dak's left.

I can understand holding Dak's feet to the the fire when he clearly makes a mistake. But the prejudice you have for this guy is beyond the pale when you fabricate the circumstances that can be refuted by the video posted here a couple of times and the photos which show why the ball ended up in the endzone.

Note in the first picture of Brown where his eyes were focused. Is he looking at the ball?

I am disappointed about the results from yesterday. But I can control my discontent and not allow my emotions to cause me to create a narrative which makes me feel good as I perjure my ideas on the QB.

Was that defensive holding, and the ref in the background looking right at it. Or is it an illusion and the players hand is just behind the towel and not grabbing it.

I believe there is another angle of this shot, maybe the video which tells the tale. It's a tough loss. But that's the way the ball bounces sometimes, I guess.

Yep, truly is a game of inches.

Colts fans are reeling from that debacle.
Yesterday TB was playing well, they changed up their offense, using more play action, Bengals had a hard time with it in the first half.
Then the 3rd quarter, Brady 2 picks, fumbled, RB fumbled and Bengals capitalized. wonder what the TB radio stations and fan are saying today. No Brady magic yesterday.
Dolphins had a chance against the bills, then lost.
What about the NYG Washington game last night as well.
Can you imagine up in NE area today, losing to the Raiders like that.

Not that is makes anyone feel better about losing, but yes, it is the way the ball bounces, literally at times.

"The main point I stated"

OH NO YOU DON'T, Cult Member!!!!

I'm sorry. I know you're embarrassed. But this is what you literally said:

"It absolutely was tipped, which is why it started to wobble and it’s velocity started to change."

Tell us more about the velocity aspect. That's what I'm curious about!!!!

"DURRRRR I DO MOAR RESEARCH DEN YOU DURRRRRRRR"
:lmao2::lmao2::lmao2::lmao2::lmao2:

The main point I stated was “WHICH IS WHY IT STARTED TO WOBBLE” which I then state as the velocity started to change.

Absolutely nowhere did I deny that I said the velocity started to change. What I stated and what I said I stated in my response as the BOLD SHOWS, is it starts to wobble and SLOW DOWN...

Facts are it's abundantly clear the ball was TIPPED which you denied. The wobbling and the velocity starting to change, besides the fact you can actually see the defender hit the ball in that GIF I provided, prove it. So essentially now we are here in this little game of yours moving from the fact you were completely wrong about it not being tipped, to embarrassing yourself even more regarding "the velocity changed".

This is despite the fact that Brown has to go down for a ball that should have hit him in stride if Dak didn't run left and into the line and jump throw it.

I already responded to this nonsense and these are STILL SHOTS which don't in anyway refute the point. Of course Noah Brown is looking int he direction of HIS QUARTERBACK as he throws the ball. Your stills also show he is going to the GROUND, meaning Dak isn't in anyway hitting his WR in stride, despite the fact BROWN HAS A STEP ON HIS DEFENDER. Why would I care about pictures of Brown regarding DAK's horrible pocket presence and late delivery and the ball being tipped when Dak threw, when I HAVE THE CLIP OF DAK RIGHT HERE BLOWN UP CLEARLY SHOWING HIS AWFUL POCKET PRESENCE, JUMPING WHEN THROWNG WITH HIS HIPS TURNED THE OTHER WAY AFTER HE ROLLS LEFT INSTEAD OF STEPPING UP IN THE POCKET, and IT BEING TIPPED BY THE DEFENDER'S LEFT HAND AND STARTS TO WOBBLE AND DECELERATE.

They can’t wait to post how much they hate Prescott. They’re begging for the Cowboys to lose. These are not cowboy fans there infiltrators
You forgot to add they also have an agenda.
P.S. If you would be so kind to explain when Dak lovers post about "agendas" what exactly are they referring to?

that was not a poor pass attempt. that was the pass, the play was right there. the ball was in perfect position. brown just needs to make a catch and get few more yards afterward.

but here you are just trying to spin history and reality into something else so you can bash Dak.. that tells me you have an agenda or clueless about football. seriously dude. get a life. go back to potato peeling

now, you want to put on panties and bietch about the interception thrown earlier in our end, I wouldn't argue with you..but this play was all on brown playing volley ball.

and no, Brown had clear view of play coming his way. his hands were out, ready to catch. he just took his eyes off the ball and ball bounced up and away...like I said, he need to make sure he secures the catch before looking away. this wasn't his first time...

What play are you watching? The throw was good and Noah was looking right at Dak and saw the ball coming.

The trips run plays over and over were odd.

Especially since called the exact same play from that exact same formation EVERY time. He's play calling is just blahhh...and just to predictable.

And why so few downfield throws??? After all the successful running, and most teams playing straight man against the Cowboys receiver, why not find some higher percentage in-routes or sideline routes downfield for 15 to 20 yards??? The Cowboys do play-action plays, and then throw it 5 yards, often to the TE in the flat, hoping they can break some tackles and run for 15 yards. That's not making the other team pay for having 9 and 10 men in the box.

Come on, man!!!!

Not buying this. When it comes to must win situations at the end of games, all WRs should be expecting to get the ball.

Most everyone is blaming Dak for the loss, but look at the last play again and tell me with a straight face if that in any way was his fault. No doubt the first int was a horrible pass but the real reason the team loss is because the defense couldn’t stop the Jags offense. They gave up 192 yards rushing and 318 yards passing! You’re not going to win with that kind of defense

Alot of times the narrative don't fit. Look at the route concept too......Cee Dee, Shutlz and Brown all together bringing their defenders with them. Was that suppose to be a pick play that didn't work between Shutlz and Brown?.....but Brown should have caught that.

So you take a football opinion on a social media site and turn it into an insult towards my military service? You guys are pathetic and so simple minded with an obvious inability to keep your emotions in check.

Sturm is a clown. He leads the caravan of Dak jock-sniffers and does everything in his power to absolve his hero from any criticism. He's driven by his Romo hate. Besides the fact the side view blown up shows the ball being tipped. why is Dak floating towards the right and forward into the defensive linemen, which makes him have to jump and try and toss it over the defender. From this angle, his hips are facing the other way and he has to throw across his body while jumping.

That was a flukey interception and it sucked to lose that way however, I actually have not seen anyone on here blaming Dak for that play.

Outside of a single throw yesterday, Dak played about as well as any QB could. People that say he is the root cause of that loss are being unreasonable.
Lol
