You can split hairs on which QBs Dak is better than and which he is worse than. At the end of the day it doesn’t matter.

B to B+ in coaching and QB is spot on. And that combination has 0 chance to win 3 road games + neutral site Super Bowl game. That is a fact.

So Dallas better enter the postseason (assuming they get in to begin with) in a better position than needing to accomplish that. And doing so is not totally out of the question.

Oh, we’re building alright - a woodshed so our guys can get in it after our loss in the playoffs.

The defense lost that SB, not Hurts. That's why Philly fans are happy as hell that Gannon is gone.
Well that type of game , isnt lost, it is just that the last team to score wins.
Both teams scored 35 points, so both defenses got beat by the offenses.

The early fumble by hurts cost phil 7 points , and that factored in to them losing.

It was a great game by both teams, eagles could have won if this or that went different.

That was this eagles team first SB, KC team had been to 2, lost and won 1, so they had a edge in experience.

Agree 100%.

as much as it pains me ,”Jalen Hurts still delivered a masterful performance in the loss. He finished the game going 27-38 for 304 yards and a touchdown through the air and tacked on 15 carries for 70 yards and three touchdowns on the ground.”

Hurts was a complete beast that game and Im on record as saying that before last season he was a limited QB. I was dead wrong. The boy can ball.
he did have the fumble which was a F6, that was his one mistake, but it was a big one in a close game like that.
And yes he did turn himself into a much better qb, but also the coaches designed the offense to suit what he does best, instead
of trying to make him fit in a particular offense.

Dandy, first off I can’t argue against a fan with an avatar like that

secondly, it reminds me of Romo throwing for 6 touchdowns and 48 points against the Broncos but being picked off at the end.

should we look at the 1 INT or the 51 points given up by our defense?

having said that I sincerely hope that Hurts MVP season was an anomaly and he regresses

If the Raven can win a Super Bowl with Trent Dilfer and their defense then the Cowoys can surely win with Dak and their defense.
Only problem with that plan is you need a top 3 all time defense. It would be an easier path to just finally invest in an elite QB. Finding an elite QB is harder than finding an elite player for any position of defense, but building a defense like the one the Ravens had is far more difficult.

I may be going out in a limb here, but Hurts is still not that great. He had an offensive coordinator that played to his strengths and didn’t ask him to be something he is not. Dak is a better quarterback who had an offensive coordinator that at times put him in an unfavorable position. I’ve been an offensive coordinator and that’s my honest take. Hurts will disappoint and Dallas will sweep Philly next season.

Hurts is a busdriver when it comes to the Eagles passing game.

The Eagles are 4-6 when Hurts passes more than 28 times.

Not only is Dak #1 in wins when passing 28 or less times, he is in the too third when passing more.

There are only a handful of QB's with a winning record when passing more than 28 times. Dak had a 49% win percentage in that regard.

Wow! Hurd nailed it! The truth hurts but there it is. I don't see how anyone can argue with that but I do believe it will make some people mad. Oh well we will see.
Can Dak win 3 road games to get to a SB?

If people are focusing on the fumble by Hurts wel Brady threw a pick 6 against the Falcons yet the Patriots still won the Superbowl. Prescott threw a pick 6 against the Eagles last season plus he also fumbled the ball but the Cowboys' landed on the ball or the Eagles win the game.

For people to think that Hurts was the reason the Eagles didn't win the Superbowl...jees they either hate the Eagles so much or love Prescott so much that they are unable to remain objective or they simply do not understand the game. Embarrassing either way.

Hurts was excellent in the Superbowl. He balled out.
