Yeah, the league isn't the same anymore. Practice reps are down,passing is way up, quarterback value is super high, and the state of the backup quarterback is awful to say the least. You're not making an apples to apples comparison.

and most of us knew weeden wasnt a good choice from the start, and that cassel was not the answer either, but that was a in season deal.
I do think kellen moore would have been the way to go, he I think could have won enough games to get the team in the playoffs, with romo

The qb situation is collees dont produce nfl ready QB's anymore, and the pro defenses are just so good , it is unlike anything qb's see in college.
