The Kiwanuka "non-sack"

Those rushing the passer cannot "play to the whistle". The QB is off limits when he no longer has the ball, not when the whistle blows. That's what makes their job increasingly difficult in the wimped out era.

Right. If the QB has thrown the ball, why would the refs blow the whistle anyway?

Exactly.

My point is that a rusher letting go of a QB was the major play in two huge fourth quarter comebacks in the last couple of weeks.

The NFL must address this issue or we're going to see it deciding a game every week.

Yes, the NFL should mandate a minimum IQ so we dont see such rediculously stupid defensive players deciding the out come of football games.
 
I also feel a little bad for Kiwi, because I think they said somethign about this was the first game his parents have been to in person.

They got to see their son blow the game.
