Yep. Dumbest **** ever.

Yep...I could be cajoled into cutting Linehan tomorrow. I was wondering when his real propensities would frigging show up. My momma always told me either be a man or a long-tailed rat...well tonight, the Cowboys have started building a rat-ship...and it will sink, especially with Romo hobbled. Small ball, control the clock and wait until the Dallas offense reverts back to chuck-ball.

Looks like they just got away from what made them successful. Up imaginative routes except for the TD. No Dunbar out of the back field to counter the blitzes. All of the routes on blitzing downs were in the same area so that three could cover 4. Decision not to run on 3rd down late in the game.

Whatever. It'll get better.

Yeah, where the heck was Dunbar in the second half? Maybe a TE screen to Escobar? Did he even play tonight?

Are you kidding me? "It was so predictable", blah blah. When a team loses, play-calling is always blamed, no matter what. (Of course, I think we should have kept running too).

Note, I did not say NO fans would blame the play all. But any rational fan that has been watching our running game this season, would bet on the run game in that situation.

Murry gets 8 yards on first down in overtime. and you throw 3 straight passes. makes no sense. you get the first down first. then you can throw a pass on first down. the playcalling was just bad. this is a game you can't lose. cowboys lost to a bad team tonight.

I will NEVER understand that!!!!

You will never be a cowboys coach with that ridiculous mentality

And I don't frigging care to be bucko!...a monkey could have called a better game tonight on offense! Is that mentality any more ridiculous than what they did 3 times in short yardage situations tonight! 3 drives...3 points.

I don't think so. Dallas won't completely abandon what got them here. Huge gaffes by Murray and Randle put us in a bad position. Dez dropping a TD. Piss poor play calling. It's a speed bump. It sucks and everyone is pissed. But I don't think for a minute that all of a sudden Dallas is just going fold for the season. Have some intestinal fortitude dude. Don't punk out, now. Unless of, course, that's just who you are. Step off the ledge, bro. You've got bigger balls than that.

Dude...nobody is talking about the team folding, and I'm certainly not on some idiot ledge...that they lost does not mean that the sun ain't rising tomorrow, but thanks for playing.

Concerns about their short yardage decisions are relevant, pertinent and ultimately unfathomable. Issues with situational game awareness surfaced tonight...the same thing that has cost this team games over the past few years under Garrett. You have a hobbled quarterback in against a coordinator that has habitually blitzed him over the years. Romo could barely move...yet on TWO straight drives, they meet 2nd and 2 with chuck-ball. Incomprehensible and inexcusable when you have a guy who was averaging nearly 10 yds per touch tonight. This is supposed to be the new Cowboys, not the version that everyone in the media has been waiting to show up...well they certainly will remind every fan that the demon has not been completely exorcised after all.

You can keep your personal veiled pejoratives to yourself buddy...or just don't respond...your limbic system will like the exercise.

Dez doesn't need separation but you can't throw it under when the WR is over the corner. When it's a max blitz and there's no safety and Dez is one on one, throw it up, not flat. You don't throw a flat pass to a guy who can really jump, you throw it HIGH.

Romo was obviously not right, coaches put too much on his shoulders when he was under duress and under performing even before he got hurt. This one is one is on the coaches.

Look at our stats on the season. We are excellent in all the areas that killed us tonight. It's a speed bump. We're all pissed that we went against our what got us here in this game. It happens. Teams have uncharacteristic games every week. This was our week. I remember everyone ready to bury the Patriots a few short weeks ago for a VERY uncharacteristic game. It happens. I hate this loss as much as anyone but I'm sure the hell not worried about exorcizing any demons. It was a bad game against a division rival. Happens every week.

Does everyone in here complaining about not running on 2nd and 2 in overtime realize that they ran a play that is designed to bust a blitz and is basically an extended hand off. A linebacker made a borderline miraculous play or Murray probably gets 20. Playcalling wasn't terrible. Execution was a problem.

You still run the ball there, man. Murray and that O-line is going to get you 3 yards in three attempts there. EVERY SINGLE TIME. This is the best team in the league at converting 3rd and 4th and short. They've done it running the ball.

I saw those teams, I knew those teams, they were my favorite team. 2014 Cowboys, you're no Cowboys of the 90s.

No team will ever be the Cowboys of the 90's, dude. Be real. We lost to an inferior team. It happens in this league every week. There are no truly dominant teams in the league anymore.

I think trying something that has a legitimate chance to shorten the field by a good stretch and possibly shift them out of blitzing is a good call. They probably should have run on one of the two after that, but that second down play was a good smart aggressive call that just didn't work.
