OK, when I was middle aged, I was just getting my first country station and had to find something, anything, that I could handle. These were the songs that I gravitated to and any red blooded country fan will tell you I was a countrywussy. But a rocker's gotta do what a rocker's gotta do. It also helps that we brought all of these artists in for shows. The last one, holds the record for The Texas Club in Baton Rouge as the only show to run out of tequila. We boughtt Rusty and his band shots and they bought us drinks, we couldn't stand and they could still play. Don't let anyone tell ya those Nashville outlaws weren't some badass hombres when it came to partying. I think I left part of my mind in Willie's tour bus; he was there when I was introduced to him but after that I couldn't tell you, it's all in a fog.
