I think Fowlers penalty was bigger then this. 4th and 4. We literally handed them 4 points. 16 seconds winding down and the Eagles offense ran back on the field because their coach waved them all back just because he figured why not do a hard count and let the quarter end...then we jumped. Biggest play of game.
I think the biggest moment was that last INT with Lamb wide open

It’s embarrassing that two line judges are blind and can’t get the proper spot, but it’s even more embarrassing how little awareness McCarthy and the coaching staff showed here.

McCarthy literally never challenges anything. Instead, he’d rather rush to the line and give the Eagles the ball back in scoring position.

If not for this play, I think the Cowboys win the game.

The moment the game changed was when the Eagles ran it down the defense's throat on their third long drive for 7 points! Had the defense bowed it's neck and stopped them the Boys would have gotten the ball back with a chance to tie or go ahead, but that didn't happen!
