You're missing the point; Weis has only one syllable. That simply won't do his last name has to have two syllables. Of course this shoots down my Sparano theory too

If Jerry hires him IMO it would be a huge step back. If TN doesn't lock him up I'd rather have Jeff Fisher. He has HC experience and has led his team to the SB albeit with a bad call from the refs.

I like Fisher also but the problem with hiring him is that he is going to want to use HIS style of defense which would be a complete reversal of what Parcells has been building here. We don't need another start from scratch rebuild when we will have just completed one on the defense when BP leaves.

We need to get someone who will be on board with the 3-4. Whisenhunt would be coming from Pittsburg where they DO use the 3-4 and would most likely keep it. Not that I am necessarily endorsing that idea but it is a point in his favor.
