They need to change how much FGs are worth.;)

0-39 = 3pts
39-49=4pts
49-59=5pts
60+ =6pts

LOL... yeah, let's give each team a point for every 10 yards gained while we're at it.

Only agree with #5, #6, #9 and #12.

#4, #6.B, #7, #8, #10, and #11 are ridiculous.

Stupid. I'm not even sure most games have enough plays that are worth 2 challenges. They review all scoring plays, all turnovers, and everything else inside of 2 minutes. There's hardly anything left to review. A non-scoring, non-turnover, big play.

I guess it's fitting since the rules are normally geared towards the offense.

Instant replay in general is awful. More often used as a reason to look for any possible reason to take away a play that should stand, rather than negating an officiating mistake.

Take it out of the game all together.

How about a two minute time limit. If the ref can't make the determination in two minutes, the play stands as called. I hate ten minutes waits for a review and Collingsworth running on about back in the day.

We want more excitement so we move the PAT but then we reward Touchbacks and eliminate one of the most exciting plays, the KO returns.

Don't want any strained uterus'es do to the collisions.

Not all turnovers are reviewed because they are not always ruled a turnover initially. I think 2 is fine, but they should only take one away when they are wrong. If the refs blow it 10 times, the team should be able to challenge 10 times.

I don't like the idea of encouraging field goals. If you're gonna change the rule, make FGs worth more as you get closer to the goal line, not less.

Under current rules, NFL teams trim their rosters down from 90 to 75 players in late August, then follow that up about a week later by trimming their roster down from 75 to 53. Under this rule, there would only be one cut day: From 90 players to 53.

Slurs pushing for this, they think that maybe someone will make a mistake and a player will shake loose?

I kinda do like the adding-to-distance-for-first-down idea for "half the distance" penalties.

I don't understand why a QB falling and recovering shouldn't be able to pass.

I remember when they changed the kickoff spot because of Der Beuhler.

#1 is indeed strange, it could be seen as both an attempt to reduce or increase returns. I'd love to hear the reasoning behind that one.

I assumed at first it would just reduce returns, as it would make the touchback a more appealing option for the receiving team. But are you saying it might encourage kicking teams to kick it a little shorter on purpose?

Making a personal foul reviewable? That may be one of the dumbest proposed rules I've ever heard. Wow.

I don't think it's that bad. Most of them won't really be worth reviewing but if the call is clearly wrong and they hit say... Shoulder pads with theirs... That should be reviewable

Unlimited challenges, however if you are wrong you lose 10 yards. If you let them challenge everything, there has to be a penalty otherwise games will take 4 hours.
