If a name is submitted of a player already drafted would there be an oppurtunity to pick again?
If things move fast I could see how it could get hard to keep up with the picks...

Last year they kept an up to date list in the draft zone so you would know before your pick. YOu have 5 minutes to make the pick so you should be able to check the board before you make your selection.
